2. Products & Orders

  • All products displayed are subject to availability.

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan. For high-value orders, partial advance payment may be required.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We provide free nationwide shipping across Pakistan.

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days.

  • Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, courier issues).

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Refunds for COD orders are issued via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or store credit.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed are in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • Payment methods include Cash on Delivery and other available options displayed at checkout.

  • In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including images, designs, logos, and text, is the property of Artisan Iron Decor.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party couriers.
